This is the perfect opportunity for a Chef de Partie to step up for a first appointment as a Sous Chef!
We are not charging candidates fees!
With an AA Rosette award, our Brasserie & Cafe Bar features a range of dining options within it's modern European-influenced cuisine, from light snacks to sumptuous banquets. Our team of professional chefs are passionate about showcasing local delicacies and supporting the home economy by using locally sourced produce and suppliers.
Our Brasserie menu:
- 11 types of sandwiches
- Small bites
- Salads, pastas, steaks, burgers
What we can offer:
- 1 year employment contract
- £18,000 per year
- 40 hours of work per week
- Free of charge temporary live-in accommodation for 2 weeks
- Assistance with finding permanent local accommodation in Swansea
