Good quality 3 star 1 rosette hotel are looking for a Chef De Partie
Required to rotate between sections producing good quality modern & traditional food from fresh locally sourced produce.
Must have good skills on all sections and good knowledge of fresh food.
£18,000 – £20,000 Salary per year depending on experience
Salary is paid monthly
48-55 Hours of work per week
Accommodation available at the cost of £45 per week
The accommodation is on site, no travelling costs
Meals are offered on duty
Restaurant 100+ cover per service
6 chefs in team
