A good quality hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie.
The chef will be required to rotate between sections in the kitchen, producing good quality food from freshly sourced local produce. The quality of food is 1 rosette standard, so they are looking for a very good chef, must have good knowledge of sauces.
£18,000 Salary per year
