4 Star Hotel, 1 rosette are looking for a talented Chef de Partie!
Required to rotate between sections, supervise junior chfes, producing freshly made traditional & modern cuisine, assist the head chef.
Must have previous experience within a good restaurant / hotel operation, must be strong on all sections and have good quality skills producing food from fresh produce.
Salary £19,000 per annum
Hours per week 40-48 Hours
Accommodation Available, £45 per week, on site, no travelling costs
Meals on duty offered free of charge

No Qualifications or Certificates required
Training will be given on Health & Safety / On Going training will be provided on a weekly basis
