Good quality 4 star hotel operation require a Junior Sous Chef to work in the Main Kitchen, producing good quality 2 rosette food.

Must have really good quality hotel experience, fine dining  background.

Must have previous experience working with fresh food.

Address: Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire

Name of position: Junior Sous Chef

Reporting to: Manager

Salary/ Monthly or Weekly pay: £22,000 - £23,000 per year -Paid Monthly 

Hours per week : 50 hours 

Accommodation / Cost: Live-in, £150-£200 per month

 Meals: 2 meals per day provided

Tips: Yes

Hotel Information: 4* Hotel 

Star Rating: 4 star 2 Rosette Restaurant 

Restaurant / Function Covers: 20-40 cover fine dining, 40 covers grill & 150 covers functions

No Of Staff / No in Brigade: 4-6 chefs
