This Fancy 3 Star Hotel in South-East England is looking for a Pastry Chef and a Sous Chef.
The Pastry Chef is required to cover pastry section producing good quality traditional cuisine.
The Sous Chef must be strong on all sections in the kitchen, leading kitchen on Head Chefs days off.
Salary £22,000per year
Hours per week: from 40
Accommodation provided at £50 - £80 per week.
Meals on duty provided.
80 covers in the restaurant
6 chefs in brigade
No Qualifications or Certificates required
Employer will provide ongoing training
