This high quality multi outlet operation are looking for a Sous Chef to maintain high standards when head chef is not in. The sous chef will work in the banqueting section of the operation. The candidate would ideally have experience in a rosetted property.
Candidate will need to have a very good grasp on the English language as they will be supervising junior chefs.

Salary / Monthly or Weekly Pay: £25,000 per year - Monthly paid
Hours per week & Worker Notice Period required: Minimum 40 hours per week, 1 month notice
Accommodation / Cost/ Meals / Transport Provided to work destination & cost: Temporary accommodation provided for 1 month. This will be free of charge. Candidate will then need to find their own accommodation. Employer will help with this.
