Modern pub in Co Kerry, Ireland is looking for a talented Sous Chef!
The pub is located in town!
Looking for a chef who has experience producing good quality fresh food at high volume.
Required to run the kitchen at chefs days off, checking stocks, supervising junior chefs and assisting the head chef.
Salary €30,000 per year
Hours per week minimum 40
Accommodation available in town at about €60 per week
Meals on duty offered free of charge
60+ covers in the pub
2-3 chefs in brigade
No Qualifications or Certificates required
Employer will provide on going training
