Good quality Gastro Pub operation are currently looking for a Sous Chef.
Required to run the kitchen at head chef days off, train junior chefs, check stock daily, help with menu's, must have quality skills on all sections & uk experience .
Previous quality Restaurant experience is required-need uk experience.

Hours per week : 40 hours
Accommodation / Cost: Available 20 minutes drive away, £70 per week shared/ £100 single, share of tips

Hotel Information: Gastro Pub
Restaurant / Function Covers: Restaurant 80 cover per service
No Of Staff / No in Brigade: 4-5 chefs
